CVS Health seeks a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation. You will shape the functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing, and scheduling while partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with experience in change management and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture demand drivers, seasonality, and staffing pain points.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and configuration for WFM platforms.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable demand plans and staffing models.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
