Job summary

CVS Health seeks a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting, owning the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and a deep understanding of forecasting and scheduling concepts to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for forecast and staffing workflows.
• Define scheduling patterns, templates, constraints and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, enhancements, defects and releases with proper documentation.
• Define reporting needs and support adoption across HR and operations.
