Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable WFM solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling expertise.
7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Define functional strategy and design for forecasting workflows and scheduling models.
Lead solution delivery, configuration, extensions, reporting, and integrations.
Own end-to-end lifecycle execution for enhancements, defects, and releases.
Define reporting needs and drive adoption with business users.
