Job summary

OTSI is seeking a WFDevelopment Specialist 2 for an onsite role to support learning platforms and workforce initiatives. The candidate will provide customer service, administer LMS/LXP, and tackle automation opportunities to improve processes.

Experience with learning technology and enterprise platforms is essential, with familiarity in ServicesNow and related tools preferred. The role emphasizes improving efficiency and delivering scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service and end-user support in a high-volume setting.
Operate ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for requests.
Administer and support LMS and learning platforms (LXP).
Support enterprise learning technologies and experiences for users.
Analyze recurring requests and improve operational processes.
Allocate about 50% of time to automation, process improvement, and solution development.
Support learning platforms, training operations, and workforce initiatives.
Develop scalable solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
