Job summary

DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the Western United States, driving growth in fluid management tubing, flexible packaging, and biopharma tubing. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a robust pipeline, and partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to meet revenue targets.

The role emphasizes customer centricity, urgent action, and accountable results.

Qualifications

• BS Degree, with major or emphasis in Engineering or Science.
• Three to five years of new business development, or account management experience in the medical industry with a focus on fluid mgmt. extruded tubing, and flexible packaging.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and core values.
• Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for the assigned accounts.
• Target and develop new accounts by identifying, presenting capabilities, and fostering long term win-win relationships with key stakeholders at the customers organization.
• Responsible for generating and collaborating cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio offerings of DuPont Healthcare Solutions.
• Effectively utilize Salesforce, a CRM tool to enter and track opportunities through the stages.
