Qualifikationen

• BS or BA degree in Business, IT, Engineering or Science (MBA a strong plus).
• Ten years of sales operations experience, CRM/ERP deployment in enterprise.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional influence toward objectives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with relationship-building.
• Excellent written and oral communication to share findings and opportunities.
• Ability to translate data into customer-facing proposals.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce.
• Familiarity with iQMS is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Medical Devices aligned with objectives.
• Own regional revenue, forecasting, pipeline management and targets.
• Build, lead, and develop a high performing regional sales team.
• Manage team by financial results including margins, costs, and CRM adoption.
• Ensure a customer-centric sales approach that drives retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales Operations to optimize processes and territory design.
• Drive solutions with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance.
• Develop key contacts at critical accounts and manage executive relationships.
• Negotiate long-term agreements that are WIN-WIN for customers and Healthcare.
