Job summary

Faster Quick Release Couplings seeks a Distribution Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand market share across Western United States and Canada. You will recruit and manage distribution partners, lead strategic account plans, and provide technical and commercial leadership to distributors and customers.

You will train distributor teams, build executive relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to execute launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field or industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales in hydraulics, fluid power, or related markets.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and driving territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing a territory growth strategy and increasing sales across the region.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution channel partners within the territory.
• Lead strategic account plans and manage distributor relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Provide commercial and technical expertise to distributor teams and end users; deliver training to position Faster value add solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and customer service to execute launches and pricing.
