Huyett seeks an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to lead a strategic book of business across the Western U.S. This home-based role covers California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, and Wyoming, with 30-40% travel to canvass and grow relationships with industrial customers.

Ideal candidates bring proven industrial sales experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of building distributor networks, while leveraging CRM systems to manage customer

Qualifications

Proven success in industrial sales, business development, or territory management.
Experience developing distributor and customer relationships.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Experience leveraging CRM systems consistently to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a strategic book of business across the Western U.S. territory.
Travel 30-40% to canvass and develop relationships with industrial customers.
Leverage Sandler Sales System and coaching to continually improve sales acumen.
Collaborate with distributors and customers to identify and close opportunities.
