ABC Legal Services is seeking a regional leader to own the Western markets end-to-end, including CA, AZ, WA, CO, UT, NV, and OR. You will balance supply and demand, build relationships with top servers, and drive regional KPIs with data-informed actions.

You will collaborate with process network teams and project managers to implement changes on the ground, while coordinating with Compliance and Support teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery. This is a remote role within listed states.

Qualifikationen

• Own a local market or region in a marketplace or field ops environment.
• Collect data in-market rather than waiting for reports; combine with on-ground judgment.
• Manage W2 employees including time cards and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers to scope and execute in-market initiatives.
• Directly coach at least one report and scale learnings across markets.

• Balance supply and demand across Western markets; recruit servers and manage dispatch strategies.
• Diagnose root causes of underperformance before it hits a scorecard.
• Be the in-market face to servers; communicate with leadership.
• Run pilots, track outcomes, and report findings to scale successful approaches.
• Monitor regional incentives and budget guardrails; flag running hot programs.
