Ladders is seeking a Sales Manager, LE/GE, GTS - West Coast Region to lead a high-performance sales team in a remote West Coast market. The role focuses on driving revenue, exceeding targets, and strengthening executive-level client relationships across technology services, software, and hardware.

You will coach, develop talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute market strategy, ensure accurate forecasting, and deliver consistent business results in a competitive environment.

Formación

• 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software, or hardware).
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of successful financial performance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent business acumen and forecasting skills.
