ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC (ARORA) seeks a Client Account Manager for the West region to expand services and cultivate long-term client relationships. You will lead regional business development, manage pipelines, and coordinate with PMO and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence across the West region, including CA, AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, and beyond.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to drive growth and optimize project delivery for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
12+ years business development and marketing experience.
5 years of management experience.
Experience in A/E/C industry mandatory.
Valid state driver’s license (US) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

Develop regional business plan and pursue target clients within the West region.
Lead regional pipeline opportunities and client relationships across services.
Manage projects lifecycle from identification through delivery and close out.
Coordinate with PMO and internal resources for project delivery and quality.
Represent Arora in the business community and support client events and conferences.
