WinIt is seeking a seasoned leader to own and scale the supply side of its marketplace, building and training a high-velocity team of legal professionals across remote locations. You will recruit, onboard, and coach a global network to ensure liquidity and strong performance while driving data-driven growth.

• Must have 7-12 years experience in high-growth B2C environments.
• Proven track record of managing and training teams using structured playbooks.
• Experience scaling a marketplace and working with remote teams across time zones.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into training.
• Experience in LegalTech, Fintech, or Gig economy is a plus.
