Job summary

Cafe Europa, established in 2001, is a fine wine importer and distributor seeking an experienced, self-motivated sales professional to join our Western Massachusetts team, covering Berkshire and nearby areas.

The candidate will service existing accounts, identify new ones, train staff, host tastings, and build a growing territory, with a base salary and strong commission; requires 2+ years outside wine sales, valid driver's license, and willingness to work some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside wine sales experience.
• Ability to build and grow a Western Massachusetts territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and grow sales in existing retail and restaurant accounts
• Identify and open new accounts in Western Massachusetts
• Conduct staff trainings, organize wine dinners and tastings
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
