Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Be knowledgeable about Food & Beverage menus, current promotions, and answer guests’ questions clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests promptly.
• Collect guests’ payments, ensure transaction accuracy, and deliver correct change efficiently.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework as assigned.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
• Stand/walk 100% of shift; reach, bend, stoop frequently.
• Deliver plates and clear tables, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs.
• Work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
