About the Role

• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus, current promotions, and answer guests’ questions clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests promptly.
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, gift cards), ensure transactions are correct, and deliver change timely.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift, reach, bend, stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when delivering plates and clearing tables.
• Speak, read, and write English; read handwritten guest checks and notes.
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs.
• Work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Benefits
