Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with C&I Americas objectives.
• Implement dashboards, reviews, and forecasting cycles for pipeline visibility.
• Lead regional pipeline management and governance to improve forecast reliability.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitable account growth.
• Lead and develop regional sales teams with clear expectations and coaching.
• Own key regional customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Support pricing discipline and margin by partnering with marketing/finance.
• Ensure deal governance and compliance with thresholds and approvals.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance.
• Manage customer escalations to protect long-term relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to proactively adjust strategy.
• Represent C&I Americas in regional engagements to strengthen brand.
