Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with C&I Americas objectives and translate priorities into regional plans and milestones.
• Operate a disciplined governance cadence with dashboards and forecasting cycles for pipeline visibility and gap closure.
• Lead regional pipeline management and opportunity governance to improve forecast reliability and commercial discipline.
• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and portfolio expansion with targeted segment and account strategies.
• Lead and develop regional sales teams through clear expectations, coaching, and succession planning.
• Own key regional customer relationships and strategic accounts with structured engagement models and executive alignment.
• Assist with pricing discipline and margin performance through value-based pricing and profitability monitoring.
• Ensure deal governance and contractual discipline to safeguard financial and operational integrity.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance to align commitments with capabilities.
• Manage customer escalations with structured containment and resolution follow-through.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategy and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
