Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Life Sciences discipline.
• 7+ years of industry sales experience in life sciences or biotech.
• 3+ years managing sales teams and mentoring.
• Ability to use metrics to identify gaps and develop countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth and market share by leading Western North America account teams.
• Represent Molecular Devices at industry events and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-OPCO Danaher teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide accurate forecasts and approve quotes weekly.
