Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Food Account Manager IND - West to manage the Southern California–based territory, including Santa Maria and regions south. The role focuses on selling instruments and reagents, growing existing accounts, and winning new business while meeting revenue targets.

The candidate will collaborate with AMs, BDMs, RSMs, CAMs, Marketing, CSO and Scientific Affairs to execute field sales strategies and align with company goals. 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or HS diploma with 4+ years in a B2B sales environment or food safety operations.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment or in food safety laboratory/operations with ability to build relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Food safety sales background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Grow existing business while generating new business and revenue by selling instruments and reagents.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop tools and resources for customers.
• Drive territory strategy and ensure 75% domestic travel as indicated.
