Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Separation line in the Western USA. You will identify new municipal opportunities, engage engineers and public works officials, and influence specifications to select Zurn Elkay separation products.

The role requires up to 75% travel across major western markets (CA, AZ, CO, WA, NV) and a track record in municipal or engineered products sales. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of business development sales experience with municipal customers or water infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of municipal procurement, public project cycles, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop municipal opportunities aligning with strategy.
• Build relationships with municipal engineers, utilities, and regulators.
• Educate on value proposition, compliance, and cost benefits of separation solutions.
• Collaborate to influence codes, regulations, and standards in favor of our products.
• Meet or exceed territory revenue targets through proactive engagement.
• Develop and support channel partners and distributors.
