Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in California seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager for MRO. You will support business planning through data collection, sales funnel development, and market analysis to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance or marketing.
• 5+ years of inside sales or customer care experience, preferably in commercial plumbing.
• Proficient with analytical tools and data-driven sales approaches.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners or customers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams on BD initiatives.
• Review plans for Finish Plumbing and Drinking Water product lines.
• Perform quantity take-offs and provide quotations from take-offs.
• Support annual planning projects and strategic initiatives.
