Pneumatic & Hydraulic Co. / R&R Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Fluid Power & Hydraulic Sales Specialist to support and grow our West Texas territory. You will engage oil & gas and industrial customers, leveraging hydraulic knowledge to identify needs and craft solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, account development, and collaboration with internal teams, with travel across the West Texas market and strong emphasis on relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct outside sales in hydraulics or related fields.
• Strong West Texas/Permian Basin market relationships in oil & gas and industrial accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow West Texas sales territory through prospecting and customer visits.
• Develop new accounts and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical assistance related to hydraulic design and system applications.
• Size and select hydraulic components for mobile and industrial equipment.
• Read and develop hydraulic schematics using standard fluid power symbols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and expenses.
