Paxiom Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the West region, covering NV, UT, AZ, and NM. You will drive the sale of automated packaging machinery, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in capital equipment sales is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Expand sales of automated packaging machinery across multiple industries.
Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain client relationships.
Conduct in-person, showroom, and virtual presentations of solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Marketing for a seamless experience.
Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads, opportunities and project data.
Submit monthly projections, sales results, and quarterly reports to the Director of Sales.
