Job summary

Paxiom Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the West region to expand sales of their automated packaging machinery across multiple industries. The role requires driving the full sales process from prospecting to closing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Candidates should be based in or near Nevada, Utah, Arizona or New Mexico, willing to travel for trade shows and customer visits, and capable of collaborating with Engineering, Project Management and Marketing to provide

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an asset, but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and onsite demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct in-person, showroom, and virtual presentations to showcase capabilities.
• Cultivate past accounts to uncover new opportunities.
• Actively prospect and develop new business through research and referrals.
• Manage the full sales process: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to position effectively.
• Utilize CRM (Zoho) to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
