Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc is seeking a Director of Sales to lead North American sales for Paxiom brands, including WeighPack and EndFlex. The role focuses on developing selling strategies, guiding a sales team, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of direct sales experience selling complex automation systems.
• Proven track record of closing six-figure capital equipment contracts.
• Minimum five (5) years of sales leadership experience.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional influence.
• Analytical with KPI reporting and forecasting experience.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and quoting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team with clear performance expectations.
• Maintain a disciplined sales process with pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive bookings and revenue growth.
• Coach teams on account strategies and winning capture plans.
• Design sales territories based on geography and market opportunity.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Finance to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across ATS businesses.
