TouchCare is seeking an Account Executive for the West Territory to serve HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, brokers, and consumers with strategic advisory services. This field-based role focuses on expanding TouchCare’s footprint in healthcare benefits and requires owning the full sales cycle.

You will travel to meet clients, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption of TouchCare’s solutions across both B2B and B2C segments.

Formación

• 5–10 years of business experience with a mandatory healthcare, benefits, insurance, or point-solution background.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to analyze financial data to inform sales decisions.
• Multitasker who can meet quotas and communicate effectively.
• Polished written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Growth: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for HR leaders and benefits consultants.
• Strategic Advising: use a consultative approach to position TouchCare as the definitive solution.
• Relationship Architecture: build and maintain deep, long-term relationships in the benefits ecosystem.
• Portfolio Management: manage multiple accounts with autonomy and precision.
• Operational Excellence: maintain a data-driven pipeline and accurate forecasting using a CRM.
• Pipeline Mastery: track activity and ensure steady pipeline progression in Salesforce.
• Market Mastery: stay ahead of industry trends and competition in the point-solution space.
