TouchCare is seeking an Account Executive for the West Territory to drive growth in healthcare benefits solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with HR leaders, brokers, and decision-makers, and position TouchCare as the definitive healthcare concierge.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you’ll travel to meet clients, qualify opportunities, and forecast pipeline with a data-driven, consultative approach.

Formación

• 5–10 years of business experience with healthcare, benefits or point solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strategic Advising: Use a consultative approach with HR leaders and brokers.
• Relationship Architecture: Build deep, long-term relationships within healthcare ecosystem.
• Portfolio Management: Manage multiple accounts with autonomy.
• Pipeline Mastery: Track activity and forecast accurately in CRM.
