Job summary

TouchCare is seeking an Account Executive for the Northeast Territory to drive growth from prospecting to closing, engaging HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, brokers, and consultants. You will act as a strategic advisor, building trusted relationships across the benefits and insurance ecosystem while managing multiple accounts with autonomy.

Leveraging Salesforce for pipeline forecasting, you will help TouchCare expand its impact in a fast-paced, field-based role that blends B2B and B2C

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business experience with a healthcare/benefits/insurance background.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with HR leaders and benefits consultants.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and position TouchCare as the solution.
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships within the benefits and insurance ecosystem.
• Manage multiple accounts with a high degree of autonomy and CRM-driven forecasting.
• Track activity and forecast accuracy in Salesforce to ensure steady pipeline progression.
