Job summary

TouchCare in Dallas, TX is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the Southwest Territory. You will own the full sales cycle, advise HR and benefits leaders, and build trusted relationships with brokers and clients.

This high-impact, field-based role rewards a data-driven, tech-savvy professional with 5–10 years of healthcare or benefits experience. You will travel within territory and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand TouchCare’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business experience with healthcare/benefits or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Advise clients using a consultative approach.
• Build long-term relationships with HR leaders and brokers.
• Manage multiple accounts with autonomy.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast with a CRM.
• Track activity in Salesforce and maintain forecasting accuracy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
