Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Sales Director to expand the commercial footprint with large enterprise accounts and new customers. This remote role reports to the Senior Sales Director and focuses on strategic growth for cutting-edge hardware and data analytics solutions for fleets.

You will partner with the Sales Account Manager, close warm leads, develop a pipeline of new opportunities, and travel within the West Coast for in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Experience selling to enterprise, including C-suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Proven track record in fast-growing, innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies with account managers for enterprise clients.
• Call on warm leads and close them; develop a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Travel to existing customers and new leads for in-person meetings.
• Identify industry trends to influence short- and long-term priorities.
• Represent the company at conferences and events.
• Contribute to brand growth by delivering sustained customer success post-sale.
