Job summary

Aperia Technologies is seeking a Sales Director to expand our commercial footprint with large enterprise accounts and new customers. This remote role reports to the Senior Sales Director and is an individual contributor position covering the west coast.

You will partner with Sales Account Managers to build growth strategies, close warm leads, develop a pipeline of new opportunities, travel for in-person meetings, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceeding sales quotas for B2B products.
• Experience selling in-person to C-suite executives.
• Self-starter thriving in high growth environments.
• 4-7+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a client growth strategy and a sales strategy to achieve bookings and sales targets.
• Call on warm leads and close them; develop a pipeline of new leads.
• Travel to existing customers and new leads for in-person meetings.
• Identify industry and customer trends to influence priorities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Contribute to growth of Aperia's brand through sustained customer success.
