Qualifications

• 1+ years in direct sales with a proven record in solutions sales for major accounts.
• Bachelor's, master's or equivalent; science/business background preferred.
• Ability to translate service value into financial/operational benefits for customers.
• Strong business development, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Outstanding presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
• High-level knowledge of instrument support services.
• Demonstrated project management leadership within a cross-functional global matrix.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate across Western US regions.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity management with growth plan and local competitive knowledge.
• Identify new business opportunities within Agilent and competitive accounts.
• Lead deal planning and account penetration for all support solutions.
• Develop laboratory solutions and services for new customers and partners.
• Executive calling to foster and facilitate business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with field sales, service delivery and other orgs to implement account plans for strategic accounts.
