Job summary

Mattr is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth for its DSG-Canusa business across the Western United States. You will build demand with OEMs and end users, strengthen distribution and sales-agent networks, and identify technical solutions to meet customer needs.

You will collaborate with product managers and senior management to adjust regional strategies as market conditions evolve, traveling up to 50% and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize margins and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in heat-shrinkable tubing, wire and cable, electrical, or electronics.
• Experience with technical selling and channel management concepts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, distributors, engineering firms, agents, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, engineering firms, and sales agents.
• Generate demand for DSG-Canusa products by targeting new customers, applications, markets, and specifications.
• Develop and manage an effective channel strategy through distributor training, joint visits, and agent support.
• Monitor sales, margins, budgets and reporting with accurate records and monthly updates.
