Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead its Food & Beverage sales team across the Western United States. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and coach a high-performing field team from Texas to California.

You’ll manage territory plans, forecast, and complex negotiations, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and service to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business-to-business sales experience involving technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience with responsibility for field sales team performance and development.
• Experience managing multi-state sales territories with direct accountability for orders, revenue, and sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing territory plans, strategic account plans, and sales growth initiatives.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Experience managing technical sales processes and commercial negotiations with stakeholders in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of field sales representatives, establishing clear performance expectations and driving accountability for results.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through effective territory management and customer engagement.
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and growth of recurring consumables business.
• Maintain a strong field presence through joint customer visits, strategic account engagement, and ongoing coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead regional funnel management, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and sales activity reviews to ensure pipeline quality and predictable commercial performance.
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies, including complex negotiations to expand customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver customer solutions.
