Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Food & Beverage sales region across the Western United States. The role delivers growth through strategic account management, coaching a field sales team, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

The position reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, with remote work eligibility and a base salary range of $130,000–$170,000 plus incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience overseeing field teams.
• Experience managing multi-state territories with orders, revenue and targets.
• Experience developing territory and strategic account plans.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for opportunity management.
• Travel approximately 50–60% within the Western US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed field sales team across the Western US.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability through territory management.
• Drive new customer acquisition and market-share expansion.
• Maintain a strong field presence through customer visits and coaching.
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews for reliability.
• Develop territory and key-account strategies, including negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, service, and supply chain to deliver solutions.
