Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital advertising or media sales.
• 5+ years leading and developing quota carrying sellers or account teams.
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity and addressability.
• Experience selling into brand advertisers and holding company agencies, with multi-year partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive West Region Revenue and Growth with strategic account expansion and partnerships.
• Serve as strategic partner to the VP of Sales, West; align resources and cross-functional delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with coaching, pipeline rigor, and AI-adoption to improve forecast accuracy.
