Job summary

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead a team of Account Directors across the West region, owning revenue growth and client strategy for advertisers and agencies in entertainment, automotive, CPG, retail, tech, financial services and more. Partner with the VP of Sales to translate strategy into regional priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in digital advertising, 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams, and a strong programmatic

Qualifications

12+ years in digital advertising or media sales, incl. 5+ years leading quota-carrying sellers or teams.
Proven track record owning a regional or multi-vertical book with revenue targets.
Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs/SSPs, identity, CTV, retail media and measurement.

Responsibilities

Drive West Region Revenue and Growth by expanding strategic accounts and partnerships, with a regional growth plan and disciplined pipeline management.
Serve as Strategic Partner to the VP of Sales, West; align resources, cover high value opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Lead and develop Account Directors with weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and AI adoption to improve forecast accuracy and deal velocity.
