Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Anesthesia West region in the United States. You will lead eight sales representatives, report to the Director of Sales, Anesthesia, and drive quota attainment while coaching the team and aligning with Teleflex brands such as LMA, Rüsch, and Arrow.

You will build customer relationships, analyze market data, partner with Marketing, plan regional strategy, and travel about 50% to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience.
• Ability to travel 50%+ reliably.
• Full clean driving license.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience selling to Hospital Administration and C-suite level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a regional team to meet regional and company objectives.
• Achieve regional sales quota and forecast region performance.
• Develop territory objectives and monitor progress with the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to analyze market data and trends.
• Plan and conduct regional/annual business reviews and strategy sessions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and drive a culture of performance.
