Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (West) to lead a team of eight sales representatives across the West region, reporting to the Director of Sales, Anesthesia. The role focuses on achieving quota, coaching, and developing strong customer relationships with key accounts and KOLs.

The RSM will drive market-leading LMA, Hudson RCI, Rusch, and Arrow brands, collaborate with marketing, and manage regional contracts and pricing while traveling up to 50% to support field sales and growth

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
• 10 years sales experience in the medical device area.
• 3-5 years sales management experience within the medical device industry.
• Ability to travel 50%+
• Full clean driving license

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of eight sales reps to meet quotas.
• Achieve regional sales quota and forecast region performance.
• Coach and develop reps; build performance-based relations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to collect and analyze market data and trends.
• Drive pricing strategies and contracting awareness.
• Prepare reports on team activities.
• Travel 50%+ to client sites.
