Teleflex seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Anesthesia - Southeast, to lead a eight-person sales team and achieve quota across hospitals in the Southeast U.S. You will coach reps, analyze market data, and partner with Marketing to drive product growth and customer relationships.

A BA/BS and 10+ years in medical device sales with 2+ years in management are required, along with travel ~50%. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required; MBA considered a plus.
• 10+ years in medical device sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• 2+ years in sales management with proven leadership and team development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a regional sales team of eight reps to meet regional quota.
• Coach and develop sales reps; forecast region performance and analyze market data.
• Collaborate with Marketing to gather insights and drive pricing/contracting strategies.
