Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast) to lead a team of eight sales representatives, drive quota attainment, and coach performance. You will report to the Director of Sales, Anesthesia, and work to grow revenue for LMA, Hudson RCI, Rusch, and Arrow brands across the Southeast region.

Regular travel is required to meet with customers, influencers, and key accounts, with a focus on aligning with Teleflex core values and strategic planning. 50%+ travel expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• 10 years sales experience in the medical device area.
• 3-5 years of sales management experience; travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to meet challenges and achieve ambitious goals with a clear sense of direction and purpose.
• Achieve regional sales quota and forecast region performance appropriately.
• Build performance-based relationships by creating a culture of open and honest communication.
• Formulate territory sales objectives and assess progress on a routine basis to support the success of each representative.
• Interface with Marketing to collect and analyze market data and trends.
• Plan and conduct regional sales meetings to set strategic plans for the region.
