Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager specializing in Audio Solutions to join our growing team. You will drive sales of Axis audio offerings across the West US region, including the Phoenix market, by developing strategic business plans and supporting customers—from end users to integrators and distribution partners.

You will build and maintain relationships, identify key partners, and execute growth initiatives while meeting quarterly and annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5+ years in a sales-driven position
• Experience in audio is a must
• Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Grow relationships with customers and partners to support sales opportunities.
• Identify integration partners and A&E specifiers to drive Axis audio solutions.
• Discover new markets and innovative audio solutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines using CRM tools.
