Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Audio solutions to lead West Region opportunities in the United States, with focus on Irvine, San Jose and Phoenix markets. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, build relationships with end users, integrators, A&E and distributors, and position Axis audio offerings to meet growth targets.

Your role includes developing regional plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering accurate forecasts and pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 3-5+ years in sales driven position.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in audio is a must.
• Strong technical background to run Axis audio demos.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plan to achieve sales targets.
• Build concise strategies and goals for key target groups.
• Provide monthly reporting on initiatives and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and grow customer and partner relationships.
• Identify integration partners and A&E specifiers to drive usage.
• Discover new markets and opportunities to generate sales.
• Achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove hurdles.
• Provide accurate forecasts and CRM-based pipeline updates.
