Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a National Sales Director, West to lead a region spanning multiple states with remote work flexibility. You will drive patient volume growth, expand referrals, and lead a team of Account Executives under the VP of Sales.

You will develop regional strategies, coach leaders, and partner across Operations, Marketing and Leadership to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years in sales leadership, preferably healthcare or multi-site services.
• Proven ability to coach and develop dispersed sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience growing volumes via physician referral networks and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10–15 Account Executives team to drive referral growth and patient volume across the West.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth.
• Build partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and communities.
• Manage regional budgets and monitor performance metrics.
• Foster accountability and a high-performance sales culture across regions.
