You will drive scalable sales programs, monitor performance, and build a high-performance culture centered on data-driven decision making and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in healthcare.
• Experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the overarching sales strategy across all regions.
• Translates company goals into clear direction for Regional Sales Managers.
• Drives pipeline management, performance metrics, and consistency across regions.
• Mentors Regional Sales Managers with coaching and succession planning.
• Collaborates with operations, clinical teams, HR, and leadership to ensure service excellence.
• Oversees hospital and health system account strategy and negotiations.
• Travel approximately 50–75% to support regional initiatives.
