Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region. You will lead and develop Dealer Account Managers, drive growth, recruit talent, and build strong dealer relationships across a fast-paced auto finance environment.

The role requires 5+ years of external sales management, a Bachelor's degree, and travel within the territory. You will manage a 10–15 member team, coach performance, and align with Westlake’s strategies to expand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years external sales management experience leading 15–20 reps.
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and sales software applications.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales reps.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products.
