Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales management experience leading a team.
• 3 years+ of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise.
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and sales software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.
• Qualified candidates must live in region and work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor and team.
• Hire, train and mentor sales representatives and supervisors.
• Spend 80% of time on the sales floor with the team.
• Set monthly team goals and lead weekly sales meetings.
• Provide coaching on incoming and outgoing calls.
• Train new reps per training agendas.
• Call dealers to assist sales reps as needed.
• Present and sell company products and services.
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials.
• Enforce minimum expectations for sales representatives.
