Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an AMER West Regional Occupancy Planning Manager in the United States. The role partners with the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead and client stakeholders to deliver occupancy planning services for a technology client in the West region.

This position blends hands-on execution with coaching, guiding client objectives toward innovative real estate solutions while developing the capabilities of the occupancy planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 8-10 years of occupancy planning, space management, and strategic planning across broad geographies.
• Experience with flex office, hybrid work models, design guidelines, and change management programs.
• Proven success managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership: advise client Real Estate leadership and bring best practices to drive real estate strategy.
• Lead programming sessions with Business Unit leaders to translate vision into space planning solutions.
• Develop strategic plans, business cases, and executive presentations aligned with client goals.
• Partner to execute regional strategic planning initiatives with the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead.
• Oversee occupancy tracking, allocation, and utilization monitoring.
• Balance hands-on execution with coaching to build sustainable team capabilities.
• Foster innovations and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
