Job summary

Travis Manion Foundation is seeking a West Region Coordinator to support daily operations and regional program execution. You will manage volunteer relationships with regional Volunteer Leaders, helping them plan and execute TMF initiatives such as Character Does Matter and Community Engagement events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or prior military service is required; 1+ year in education, volunteer management, nonprofit, admin, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a volunteer/community portfolio with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional program delivery and volunteer activation across TMF opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and leaders to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with other TMF teams to align regional activities with national goals.
• Backfill to ensure continuity when a Volunteer Leader is unavailable.
• Manage regional program data, reports, and budgets in coordination with Regional Lead.
