Job summary

Operation Homefront is seeking a Manager, Regional Development to lead donor cultivation and solicitation for the West Region, with responsibility for a portion of the $1.6M regional revenue goal. The role works with the Development and Marketing teams to produce stewardship materials and support national partnerships at the regional level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing desired.
• Experience with military families and programs preferred.
• Experience with grant writing preferred.
• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License and MVR (annual).
• Criminal background check required.
• 100/300/100 personal auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Builds, cultivates, and stewards relationships with established and prospective regional corporate and foundation donors to meet regional revenue goals.
• Manage all aspects of the moves management process for part of the portfolio as primary relationship manager.
• Implement the broader OH development strategy in partnership with the development team.
• Draft and maintain regional revenue pipeline and update leadership regularly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field

Master’s degree (preferred)
